Anti-Boris campaigners plot general election slogan after Jo Johnson resignation

Anti-Boris, anti-Brexit campaigners have hatched a potential general election slogan, after the resignation of Boris Johnson’s brother Jo as a minister and an MP.

Posting on Twitter, anti-Brexit activist Alex Andreou said that he could imagine an anti-Boris campaign slogan at the next general election: “His brother doesn’t trust him. Why should you?”

This was immediately backed-up by the campaign group Best For Britain, saying:

This slogan could catch fire pretty quickly. Best For Britain is an extremely effective online advertiser – having spent over £400,000 on Facebook adverts over the past year.

If Boris calls a general election, he’s got to be ready to get his arse kicked.
